Frequently Asked

How much does a yacht refit cost in Phuket?

+

Refit costs range from $15,000 for basic maintenance (antifouling, polish, minor repairs) to $500,000+ for comprehensive renovations including hull respray, teak deck replacement, engine overhaul and interior refit. Phuket offers 30-50% savings compared to European and Australian shipyards. We provide free detailed estimates based on your vessel specifications and photos.

How long does a full yacht refit take?

+

A basic refit (painting, antifouling, teak repairs) takes 2-4 weeks. Comprehensive work including mechanical, electrical and interior renovation typically requires 2-6 months. We provide exact timelines after the initial assessment and build milestone checkpoints into every project plan.

What paint brands and materials do you use?

+

We work exclusively with industry-leading systems: Awlgrip, Jotun and International Paint for hull coatings. CeraShield ceramic protection. Sunbrella and Sauleda for canvas and upholstery. All applications follow manufacturer specifications by certified applicators.

Can I monitor the refit remotely?

+

Absolutely. Every client receives weekly photo reports and progress updates via WhatsApp, LINE or Telegram. Your dedicated project manager is available for video calls to walk through current status. We also provide access to a shared photo gallery with timestamped documentation of every stage.

Do you offer yacht management and berthing?

+

Yes. We provide full yacht management including guardianage, crew management, maintenance scheduling, provisioning and charter management. For berthing, we arrange wet berths, dry storage and long-term haul-out across four Phuket marinas. Regulatory compliance (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL) is handled as part of our management packages.

What types and sizes of vessels do you service?

+

We service motoryachts, sailing yachts, catamarans, speedboats and commercial vessels from 18 to 80+ feet. Our facilities and partner yards can accommodate superyachts up to 60 metres for comprehensive refit projects including dry dock work.
